Ad-Hoc Pay As You Go Service

If our pay monthly subscription isn't the best fit for your business, you can instead pay for HR support as and when you need it. We offer ad-hoc services on a 'Pay As You Go' basis that offers a high level of flexibility to utilise our expertise as and when you want to.

Our hourly rates will depend on what kind of support you need:

HR telephone and email support with cases such as grievance, disciplinary, absence, recruitment and redundancy - from £120 per hour.
We also offer on-site HR support when required - from £800 per day.

Design (or re-design) contracts of employment - from £199 plus VAT.

Review or design an employee handbook with bespoke relevant policies and procedures - from £800 plus VAT.

As your business grows in the future, you may decide to transition from our ad-hoc services to our retainer plan where you can benefit from discounted hourly and day rates, as well as reduced pricing for services such as employee handbook development and updates.

Whatever package you choose, we guarantee that you will be provided with the HR support that your business needs.
