Job role: Responsible for the smooth running of the Hotel and Bistro, where all areas of the business operation are managed and that the guest service experience is delivered to the highest levels. Commercially focused ensuring contribution to the profitability of the hotel and bistro through the monitoring of budgets, revenue and maintaining effective cost controls. Creating an environment where the team are motivated and encouraged to maximise sales.
Previous experience managing a 4* hotel required
